is getting into a Joint Venture agreement with MVSTR LLC and MVSB LLC,
NY, NY, USA whereby MVSTR LLC and MVSB LLC will work as the overseas
marketing and project sourcing, development and financing partner for
the Saboo Group of Companies. MVSB LLC and MVSTR LLC will utilize their
global project finance advisory and development group to identify
potential transactions, business partners and be the central clearing
point for the deal sourcing, development and funding. Saboo Group will
bring their turn key expertise into such deals identified by MVSB LLC
and MVSTR LLC. MVSB LLC and MVSTR LLC will originate projects for Saboo
Group of companies outside India. All overseas projects related issues
would be guided to MVSB LLC and MVSTR LLC in New York and its related
locations globally. MVSB LLC and MVSTR LLC will act as the exclusive
agents and arrangers for the Saboo Group projects outside India.
Saboo Group is an industrial and Machinery manufacturing organization
supplying complete Cement Plant on Turn Key, Mineral Grinding Plants,
Flourmills, Millstones, Individual Equipment, Abrasives, Refractories,
Mineral Products, parts and other services to the Mineral and Agro-based
